What's the best practice to customize delivered journey notification?

Content (required):

We have a business need to customize delivered journey notification. Understood can achieve this through Alert Composer, but wondering what's the best practice? Should we make the changes for the delivered template or should we create a new template? If created a new template, we would have to manually attach it for each task, right?

See the example below, we created a new template for task reminder, even though I marked delivered one as No and the newly created one as Yes.

The new one won't take effective unless I associate the new template to the specific task . But with that, I would have to setup for each task that requires the reminder and we have quite a lot of tasks...
