Benefit Element Entry Amount missing

Summary:

We have a new plan that has voluntary benefit rates based on their age. The communicated and monthly amount are showing correctly calculated under the employee benefit profile. Also, I have configured the communication amount to be sent across to the payroll element entries. However the element entry is shown, but the Primary Entry Value is BLANK
