Performance Document of termed employee automatically cancels/deletes?
Summary:
Hi Oracle Community,
We noticed that when an employee has been termed and is no longer active in the system - their current performance document seems to auto-cancel and auto-delete based on this action.
Previously, we would have to go into Performance Management and manually take these actions. I was curious if anyone was aware of a recent process that may have been introduced into Performance Management that would automatically run these actions for the Administrator?
I will be continue researching through Oracle documentation and if I find anything, I will post it here.
