Benefit Rates showing old values but not updated rates as of 2023

Summary:

We have a Dependent Benefit Plan that has a coverage of 1200, but per a recent request, we have to change the rate to 1500 starting in 2023. As part of that, I have made the session effective date of the new rate 1/1/23 using update action. The issue is the existing benefit plan on employee benefits is still showing old rates.
