Summary:

When you have employee(s) enrolling into benefits, lets say they were hired in December, and the coverage start date don't begin until Feb or March. How do you all go about making updates to use new rates you created the new Open Enrollment year ?

We are currently using the "Admin Override" with person selection formula, but wanted to see if anyone else has accomplished this process in a different way.
