Third party collections process

Summary:

Scenario: We are using advance collection for doing inhouse collection. In case team is not able to collect in specific duration - requirement is to transfer collection activities to external agency.

Q1. How collection data be transferred to 3rd party agencies. Do we have any standard plugin, connector or any functionality that will help in transferring the data?

Q2. once data is transferred to 3rd party collectors, what will happen to cloud collection. Is there a way to stop collection activities inside Oracle cloud after transfer?
