Reporting on Answers where agents have NOT created

Summary:

Ability to search for Agents that have NOT created an answer.

I have a report that looks at the Answers table and it has the Creator field and Year Month with a cross tab for the count of Answers or articles made by the agent.

The problem is that if the agent does not make an answer, they do not show up in the report.

I would like to see the performance of the team for those that create answers and also those that do not.
