How to make Journey Questionnaire feedback non-visible to others
Summary:
I've created company specific off boarding (1) questions (2) questionnaire template (3) questionnaire. The Questionnaire is assigned to a checklist template and is set it to send to resignation, end of contract leaving employees only. Questionnaire contains both required and optional questions.
Questionnaire answers need to be private, confidential and non visible to everyone.
Will be using OTBI to analyse results.
I've created and completed checklist journeys in DEV environment.
As a Line Manager when I go into My Client Group / Journeys and search on an employee, it shows the checklist task and answers provided by the employee.

Don't want anyone apart from employee to see the questionnaire answers submitted (not even HR).
