Summary: Need to Create only the Return Order Line via the Part Details tab in Service Request


Content (required):Scenario: Serialized and Non Serialized Items are Applicable

  1. Business receives the customer product via the return line. (Shippable line can be created but cannot proceed to OM now).
  2. Return line item is received. WO is created and evaluation is done. Estimate is approved. Often, the item shipped back to customer is different than the one received
  3. Create only Shippable Line (Or use the existing shippable line from step 1 if it can be controlled to not interface to OM)
  4. Change item on the shippable line and move it to OM for shipping
