Hello All,
I will appreciate your support in the issue below:
After hiring (18-01-2023), the employee is eligible and enrolled to the accrual absence plan. However, after Change Assignment (Position Change) performed (effective on 01-03-2023) emp. is not anymore eligible. However he is not disenrolled automatically
Employees eligible to the plan are those:
1. Whose Job Family is Classified, Administrator
2. Whose position is ELA Instructor
3. Whose Job is Associate Dean
Employee assignment after hiring:
Employee assignment - Position Change – effective 01/03/2023. Emp. is not anymore eligible. However he is not disenrolled automatically (Enrolment is still active)
