Add a secondary contact during interview
Summary:
Using a Contact Centre interview, we load Contact data at the start of the interview. At the end of the interview, we create a new incident, with the contact as the primary contact.
We would like to be able to define through a rule a 2nd contact (an existing contact with a known id) and have them related to the incident.
When we add the 2nd contact manually on the incident directly, both contact ids are recorded on the Incidents to Contacts (incidents2contacts) table.
Has anyone been able to do this?
