Unable to register an Oracle account

This is the 17th time I have tried to register Oracle in the last three years, but I have always ended up with a failed registration. My identity information, my bank card, my email, everything about me is correct and true. But your website keeps telling me that my registration has failed.

I have almost broken down and want to kill myself. Why do all my friends around me can register successfully but I keep failing to register?

I want to know what do I have to do for you guys to let me register successfully?
