Next Gen Help Desk - Field Triggers in Visual Builder
Looking for advice on how to replicate Field Triggers built for Classic Help Desk using Application Composer in Visual Builder for Next Gen Help Desk
We are currently looking at configuring Next Gen Help Desk to suit our business needs as we are aiming for a 'from scratch' implementation which will deprecate some of our outdated configurations in Classic Help Desk.
In order to reduce input for our HR Agents, we used a lot of field/object triggers in Application Composer to automate some service request details. For example, when a user selects the type of request from our custom Request field, the Title would automatically populate based on the selected Request - the Groovy code for this is as follows:
