We are currently looking at configuring Next Gen Help Desk to suit our business needs as we are aiming for a 'from scratch' implementation which will deprecate some of our outdated configurations in Classic Help Desk.

In order to reduce input for our HR Agents, we used a lot of field/object triggers in Application Composer to automate some service request details. For example, when a user selects the type of request from our custom Request field, the Title would automatically populate based on the selected Request - the Groovy code for this is as follows:
