Can we have multiple records in milestone configuration completion level with OR condition

Summary:

We are configuring the milestones , here we defined multiple levels for the SR , but in any case SR can be set to resolve so that time milestone should set as complete. but when we add the resolved status condition it is taking it as 'AND' condition. It should 'OR' condition. Is this achievable

Content (required):

Either the milestone should complete when the status is 'Bu review' or Status is 'Resolved' but it is considering as AND condition.
