Can we add calendar events directly from Oracle to an Outlook team calendar?

Summary:

Is there a way to add calendar events directly from Oracle to a team calendar that was created in Outlook? At the moment, we can only figure out how to add the time off events to personal calendars, but we are hoping to have the ability to have the time off events go to an Outlook calendar that was created for the entire division.
