We are having a business requirement to establish the duration of an Included Warranty based on conditions.


Business Scenario:

When a Sales Order is created through Order Management having an included warranty, an Included Warranty Subscription gets automatically created through Reprocess Install process for a customer asset.


Current Behavior:

-----------------------------

Currently, Included Warranty subscription duration is setup as 12 months ((as per business requirement)) in the Product Information Management (PIM) system. So, by default the included warranty subscription start date is set to order ship date and once if the installation date is set, then the start date is pushed to the installed date. (i.e., shifting the entire warranty duration)
