Dictionary Feature for Searching Knowledge Articles
Summary:
Translation Feature for Searching Knowledge Articles
Content (required):
Client would like to fix the possible misspelling issues in the future when searching for Knowledge Articles.
Example is they will be searching for the word "Pension" some people may mistype it to "Pinsion"
What they want is to enter in a configuration that if the employees accidentally mistyped to "Pinsion" or probably "Pansion" or "Pnsion", this dictionary feature will recognize the error and will still give the "Pension" search results.
Is there a way for that to be configured?
