Can you permanently remove infolets?

Client would like to know if there is a way to permanently remove infolets for managers or admin.

Basically they wanted to control the infolets that will be shown to all of the manager and agents.

Example is for all the agents they do not want them to see the Inbound Email infolet.

For managers they do not want them to see the Long Wait on Agent infolet.
