Report of incident after a ticket is closed

To track the incidents post closure activity like reopening/ updated...

Content (required):

Suppose a ticket is been closed and later it got reopened. I have to report all the incidents that undergo these status changes post Closure. Tried with the transaction table and inc-status; but couldn't' get the report properly. Any help is highly appreciated.
