Add custom text to Help Desk Redwood pages with Visual Builder

We are currently implementing Next Gen Help Desk and need to add custom text to a couple pages with Visual Builder.

Oracle documentation indicates it is possible to add custom HTML to a Redwood page with Visual Builder, however, there is no documentation to indicate how to do it and they will not provide guidance via a SR. Does anyone have the steps to add custom text to a page with Visual Builder? Note, we are versed in the general functionality and features of Visual Builder, just not this particular modification.
