Add custom text to Help Desk Redwood pages with Visual Builder

Summary:

We are currently implementing Next Gen Help Desk and need to add custom text to a couple pages with Visual Builder.

Content (required):

Oracle documentation indicates it is possible to add custom HTML to a Redwood page with Visual Builder, however, there is no documentation to indicate how to do it and they will not provide guidance via a SR.
