Is it possible to set up the Service Center and HR Help Desk functions to allow customers and employees to submit service requests to the compliance team (whistleblower) while maintaining anonymity? Additionally, is it feasible for the compliance team to acknowledge receipt of the requests, assign them for further investigation if needed, and provide feedback on their findings to the anonymous reporters?
