BIP Report - Goals - Employee Sumbission Date and Manager Approval Date

Customer asks to modify existing BIP GOAL report by adding two more columns with values New Goal Submission date of Employee and Manager approval Date of this goal.

I would like to ask you, if there is existing report or any manual how to map Goals to these two dates information. I tried to use tables HRC_TXN_HEADER TRR, HRC_TXN_DATA, HRC_TXN_HEADER_ARCHIVE, HRC_TXN_DATA_ARCHIVE. I found the dates in HRC_TXN_DATA and HRC_TXN_DATA_ARCHIVE as submission_date and completed_date however I faced here two complications:

1. I do not know how to uniquely specify record in HRC_TXN_DATA so I used Subject_ID from HRC_TXN_HEADER and Goal_ID as Extractvalue from HRC_TXN_HEADER.XML_DATA_CACHE column. Is this correct approach ? The reason why I done this is that Object_ID and Subject_ID in HRC_TXN_HEADER are both filled by person_id.
