Rate End Date when terminating employees

Summary:

We run benefits until the end of the month following termination on a biweekly payroll. If employee gets 2nd check of the month we want the benefit deductions to come out.

Content (required):

Rates are ending prior to when they should. If Pay Period ends 8/17/23 and term is 8/23/23 rates are ending 8/3/2023 (previous pay period end). I have tried all different combinations of rate end dates but can't seem to find the correct one.

Basically looking for "End of Last Pay Period of Month".
