is there licensing impact from using Customer Data Management for customer merge functionality in AR

in to make customer merge functionality work we had to enable Customer Data Management offering and configure administrative profile values. Curious if this trigger licensing issue for new offering or customer merge works like shared HCM modules where using limited person HCM functionality won't trigger HCM licensing?

Once offering for CDM is enabled and basic configuration is completed, like:

  1. Manage Administrator Profile Value you have to set:

ZCA_MERGE_REQUEST Site=Yes

ZCH_AUTO_MERGE_THRESHOLD level =0
