DCS self registration with Azure SSO

We are building a DCS portal with a customer that uses a Microsoft Azure tenant as their primary sign in across all oracle applications in their production. The issue we're having is as the Azure tenant is running externally, it automatically detects any any attempt to access the oracle environments and redirects them to the SSO. This works perfectly for any of the companies employees, but the issue is this SSO is also detecting inserting itself whenever someone access the DCS portal. This is fine for their employees, but makes it impossible for their customers to access the portal,
