Summary:

We have a requirement to show Expense approval notification template both in English and French based on the Preferences set at the user level. Expense approval notification template is customised as per the Oracle standard process and both English template as well translated French template has been uploaded.

But when you raise an expense from User(Language Preference set to French) its picking up the default template and not the French translated template.

Note : approval user Language preference is also set to French.

Expense Notification Template refresh rate is set to 15 minutes in the Manage Applications Core Profile Options . This is to pick the latest updated notification template.
