Overview

In this Tip article, we are covering a Fusion Service Center Extensibility feature available in 23C. Now, adding and removing columns from the account and contact picker is easy just by defining a Visual Builder Studio flow variable. Watch the video below to learn how to add and remove columns from the account and contact picker.

How-to

Steps

  • Open Visual Builder Studio, and navigate to Oracle CX Service UI Extension App.
  • Then, open service, ec, sr flow.
  • Go to the variable tab, and under Constant variables, find either accountColumns or contactColumns, depending on which picker you want to change.
