How to exclude/remove a delinquent transaction from delinquency

Summary:

Hi,

We have a business scenario where expected disputes and known transactions need to remove from delinquency and we dont want to consider this transaction for scoring/delinquency, we have an option 'Remove this row from delinquency' in R12 but no option in Cloud.

Any suggestions to achieve this.
