How to Add Benefit Group to a Variable Profile Rate

Hello Experts,

For Medical Plan the Rate is configured as below.

Scenario 1 ) My Requirement is when a Benefit Group like Employee Wellness is Added to the Employee Profile the Rates should be reduced. To achieve this we added a Variable Rate Profile - Employee Wellness to the Rate which is working fine. For Scenario 2 it's failing

Scenario 2) In the case of Scenario 2, We have an employee Union Group whose Medical Rates are different, To achieve this We created another Variable Rate Profile Sequence # 10 (US Medical CDHP PT LCU: EE + Spouse) in the below screenshot. THE RATES ARE POPULATING Correctly, However, when we attach the Benefits Group like Employee Wellness the Rates are not getting Reduced. So My Question is How to attach a Benefit Group to the Variable Rate Profile( SCREEN SHOT 2 ) so that the rates get reduced.
