CSAT score report - giving score, comments and agent

Summary:I need very quickly to provide a CSAT survey report that can show the surveys answered within a certain timeframe

Number of Surveys

The Agent Involved

The Score for that particular survey (Average can be got through calulations)

The Comments for that Agent


This survey information is available in a tab in the basic contact workspace - but I need to be able to pul the whole survey information into at least one / two surveys (depending on the comments being able to be fit into the same report)
