Show BU/Company Name of Employee Issue

Is the Business Unit or Company Name of the employee able to be shown in the SR?

We are using Redwood Help Desk.

According to this document it says that it is possible. However when I tried it, it is not doing what is expected.

We created a service request using an employee with a different BU than the default one that is configured in HZ_DEFAULT_BU (forgot the actual code) but it still shows the default one.
