Manager Request feedback without selecting "share feedback with employee" but still employee can see
Summary:
In feedback requests, when the manager selects a peer for feedback, the manager has the option to uncheck "Share feedback with the employee" (see screenshot 1). However, even when the employee logs in, he/she can see whom the manager has requested feedback from. This is not working as per expectations; the employee should not be able to see the name of the peer whom the manager requested feedback from. Please refer to the screenshot.
