How to add a custom foldout panel to the Service Request Edit page

In the Oracle Redwood template, a foldout panel is a user interface element that helps organize and present information in a compact and interactive way.

On the Service Request Edit page, users will see the foldout panel in the first view mode. It already includes some common panels by default. You can also add your own content to the foldout panel. This content can be external data, a missing object, an attachment, or anything else you need.
