How to Customize Deep Links in Fusion Service Center, Case Management and Work Order
In Fusion Service Center, if you need to change the account deep link, you can use Visual Builder Studio to modify it in specific objects, such as a column in the SR list or the SR header by changing the field template. However, this process can be complex, and it's not guaranteed that all account deep links are consistent across multiple standard pages and service applications like Service Center, Case Management, and Work Order.
To improve this experience, we have recently introduced a feature in Fusion Service Extensibility in 23D. This feature allows system implementers to extend the deep links in Fusion Service Center, Case Management, and Work Order using Visual Builder Studio. With this feature, they can easily navigate to alternate pages with just one step. Some examples of the standard links that can be customized include hyperlinks to Account Detail, Contact Details, Create Account, Lead Detail, Opportunity Detail, Create Contact, Create Lead, and Create Opportunity.
