Steps required to setup a custom PO from email address.

Summary:

Hi,

We have done all the setups required for customizing PO from email address and are trying to send PO emails from an email address belonging to client but suppliers are not receiving the email. The communicate purchasing documents is showing as succeeded and the log file shows that the email was sent. An SR was raised and they confirmed that the email was sent from Oracle domain successfully but supplier was not able to receive it.

The following setups were done:

  1. Purchasing Profile Option: ORA_PO_GENERIC_EMAIL_ADDRESS: Set to custom email address.
  2. Purchasing Profile Option: PO_CONTROL_SUPPLIER_COMMUNICATION: Enable
