How to send WO Debrief Flexfield values to Sales Order attributes post charging is submitted

We are facing an issue in order to send flexfields values available at work order debrief, to attributes of a Sales Order created after charges are posted. We have created few descriptive flexfields in work order debrief. However, it seems like the values are not getting transferred to Sales Order.
