Can we set up approval rules for when an employee makes changes in People to Cover in Benefits?
We have set up approval rules for Change Personal Information when a person changes their contact from Spouse to Ex-Spouse. The rule is working as expected when the change is made from the Family and Emergency Contacts page.
However, when the same change is made from People to Cover in Benefits Self Service, the approvals are not being followed and the change becomes auto approved.
Is there any way to set up approvals for changes made from People to Cover page as well?
