Overriding Approver Functionality in Oracle Cloud PR Workflow

Hello,

I'm attempting to use the 'Overriding Approver' feature in the PR process on Oracle Cloud before submitting.

Instead of following the regular approval workflow, I want to skip it and enter a different user in the 'Overriding Approver' field. 

Unfortunately, after submitting, the PR proceeds through the regular workflow.

My aim is,

at the time a user submits the PR for approval, how can they reassign it to another person?

On the Configure Requisitioning Business Function set up page the check box enabled 'Enable Approver Override'.

Has anyone encountered this feature and can offer insights or recommendations on achieving the desired outcome?
