Post-Open Enrollment Medical Plan Name Changes

The existing Medical plan names need to be updated for 2024. However, open enrollment has already occurred for the new year, thus employees have already enrolled in the old plan names for 2024 period. The plan options/tiers are based on Fast Formulas and are currently setup in Plan Config. Employees meeting specific criteria throughout the year determines their rate/option for the following year. The network provider needs the change prior to 1/1/24, so I am working on developing a plan to make said changes, but am concerned there will be negative impacts for 2025 enrollment.

1) How do I make the plan name changes without it impacting the FF and such?
