How to save detailed usage events and later bill according to accumulating usage amount per period

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have a paper-click business where the customer pays according to actual printing on our Printer Machines.

This means that 1 month he may print 100 copies and another month 200 copies and will be billed according to the actual qty of that month.

We get the information of the printing jobs from our development system. We want to save it in a detailed level in Oracle Subscription- number of prints per day.

Then, at the end of the period (month or Q)- we will sum the qty of all printings and bill the customer via the Subscription Billing on the actual usage.
