Associate supplier qualifications (Surveys) to Purchase Agreements/Contracts

Our customer has a requirement where they will be renewing purchase agreements every year. However, before renewal they perform some checks with the departments by sending out a questionnaire (Internal) and then would like to associate that qualification to the Agreement. Is this possible? If not, any workarounds would be appreciated.
