Redwood All in On Hide Performance Rating- 23D

Summary: We are getting ready to go live with Performance Reviews and we utilize the All In One Rating Page. We have a couple of customizations we would like to make on the All In One Page in 23D

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We are looking to Hide The Performance Rating Section under Goals from the All in One Page, We are looking to hide the Checkbox, "Not Ready to Evaluate", We would like to hide anytime feedback on the All in one page and we would like to Show KPI under the goal section. See attached document.
