Employee address lookup (and store in Document of Records) via Journey task

Summary:

Hi all,

I am working on a Journey requirement whereby we are looking at if it is possible to achieve the following via a Journey Task:

1) Create a lookup field to enable the recipient of the task to select an address (stored against their employee record)

2) Use the selected address in 1) and capture it in a DoR Journey task against the employee record.

I have been investigating this but cannot see a solution for this myself at present, so any pointers would be appreciated.
