    Summary:

    Hello,

    I have a report that searches the thread of each incident (using incidents.search_thread with the "LIKE" operator) to search for specific keywords. This report has been running fine for 2 years, but stopped working today. My report now returns 0 results. If I run the same report removing the incidents.search_thread filter, it works fine, so it is something to do with this filter specifically. Anyone have a similar experience and/or solve?

    UPDATE: It seems the "LIKE" filter is still working properly, as I am able to use it to search other fields other than search_thread.
