Performance Rating based of Employment Category
Summary:
We have Performance Rating Model currently as:
- Below Average
- Average
- Good
- Very Good
- Outstanding
For the above ratings ... Our company wants to change the definitions based on Employment Category.
For example, the definition for C-Level and Management is different compared to Junior and Senior Employees.
In this case do we need to define new Rating Model Grade wise, experts, your thoughts maybe ?
2 different Rating Model and 2 Different Performance Documents I want to refrain. Any suggestions maybe?
