Users in the Hiring Manager role do not have the "Email Templates" menu item on the Candidates menu, but Administrators do. Is there a way to add it for Hiring Managers? And if not, what other standard roles can access the Email Templates menu item? All we see is a way to rename menu items, or add/remove the menus themselves.
