We are currently experiencing issues with our knowledge management API, particularly with filtering the articles by title. Despite using the https://fa-erqw-test-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com:443/km/api/v1/content?Title in=("Complaint Creation") / https://fa-erqw-test-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/km/api/v1/content?title ="Complaint Creation". For this we are getting a response which consists of all the knowledge articles which are created. It is not filtering on the basis of title.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: It should show the result based on the filter
