Dunning Letter is triggered even after Minimum Dunning Amount is setup at customer site

Hi All,

We have setup Minimum Dunning Amount as 10 for a customer site.

This site has only one delinquent transaction with overdue amount is less than 10.

But still Dunning Letter is triggered and strategy task is completed as shown.


We are not expecting Dunning Letter to be generated as we have setup minimum dunning amount for this site.

Please suggest on this.
