All-in-One Evaluations - How to remove calculated ratings number and link?

We would like to remove the value between brackets under "Calculated Ratings", and remove the link under "Rated"

Hi, by going from Home into My Team -> Performance Overview -> Evaluate Performance tab -> All-in-One Evaluations, into the Goals tab, we get this table where we have the Rated and Calculated Ratings columns. We would like to know if it's possible to delete the value between brackets into the Calculated ratings column (and the brackets, if possible), and to remove the link into the Rated column (not the value 5/5 in the example, just the link)
