Question Regarding Receipt validation box when managing expense reports
We received a question from our P2P department. The department has recently been added to the approval workflow for expense reports. In addition to approving expense reports they are responsible for validating receipts in the expense report audit section (screen shot below).
They noticed that the receipt verified box is not available until the expense report has been approved through approval workflow. Is there a way to make this box available while it’s getting approved so that P2P can validate the receipt when they approve the expense report?
